KALI CARLISLE, CPNP is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She receieved her Bachelor of Science in Integrated Health Studies from Kent State University and then completed the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at Cleveland State University.
While working on her Masters degree at Kent State University, Kali worked as Certified Pediatric Nurse at The Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and Akron Children's Hospital. She has experience in the Pediatric Cardiac ICU, PICU, ER, NICU, SCN, and multiple inpatient pediatric units.
In her free time Kali loves spending time with her husband Cooper and their three children Harper, Levi, and Brady, and their 2 dogs June and Bluey. Her favorite thing is watching her kids play sports and enjoying time together as a family outside and at the pool.
Kali enjoys working with children of all ages and loves watching them grow from infancy to young adulthood. Kali takes pride in being a resource to help guide parents in optimizing their child's health and wellness. She strongly believes in disease prevention and teaching the importance of a healthy lifestyle at a young age.
MANDY PERHACH, CPNP is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She is a graduate of Henderson State University, Arkansas, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007. She went on to recieve her Masters of Science in Nursing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree from Kent State University in 2022. Prior to working as a Nurse Practitioner, Mandy worked as a registered nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for 15 years and in school nursing for 2 years. Mandy has experience in pediatrics and has a passion for newborn care and education, as well as promoting healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention throughout the pediatric lifespan.
After spending time out of state, Mandy is happy to call Ohio home once again. She currently resides in Champion with her husband of 23 years, Kit and their daughter, Josie. They have one dog, Finnegan and two cats, Bowie and Stevie. They spend most of their time watching their daughter play travel softball. In their spare time they enjoy camping, traveling and watching The Ohio State Buckeyes.
